I’ve always been drawn to deeper connections with the women around me. After becoming a mother it was clear to me that we as women needed more support.
We deserve more than the bare minumum during the formative days, months, years of motherhood and beyond. I stepped into my role as a Doula because I seek to walk alongside women as they bring their babies into this world feeling empowered and respected. I trust the physiological process of birth and the intuition of women.
As a mother of two daughters I know that birth is no easy task but should not be feared. I am passionate about being the safe keeper of your birth space while supporting you emotionally and physically. I have experienced both a hospital birth and out of hospital birth between my two children. My lived experiences allow for me to empathize with my clients in a deeper, more intentional way.
I am a professionally certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, and Certified Lactation Counselor through Childbirth International. I am current in Infant, Child, and Adult First Aid & CPR through the American Heart Association.

I believe that all people should experience love, compassion, and support.
Who am I?
I grew up in the deep, hot, south of Georgia where life is simple and the culture is rich. Ive always had a deep love for nature and as a child I would spend my free time out in the woods building forts, collecting plants, finding bugs and snakes, and climbing trees. I’ve always been an extremely active person and focused a large portion of my adolescents on athletics.
As I transitioned into higher education I attended Young Harris College nestled deep in the Appalachia Mountains. During my formative young adult years I worked as a raft guide and wilderness guide with clinical and behavioral disorder adolescents and families. I graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Experiential Education and Leadership with a minor in Psychology.
After college I continued my career in the therapeutic world and gained a decade of experience working with different demographics who were experiencing diverse forms of crisis. My skills from this journey gave me the ability to have a calm and rational brain during moments of crisis and has allowed me to have excellent skills when working in high energy environments. My training in risk management has taught me how to gracefully navigate transitional moments where we need to use experience and education to make informed decisions.
I transitioned into doula work several years ago when I chose to step into a role that created deeper emotional connections. My love for birth has fostered my curiosity to grow and learn as much as I possibly can about women and our sacred abilities to create life. I work closely with many providers to continue to educate myself so that I may provide exceptional care to my clients.
I’ve called Montana home for going on seven years now and I’ve built a strong community of friends and collegues here in the Flathead Valley. In my spare time you’ll find me adventuring with my two girls and my sweet husband. We are often times on the mountain snowboarding, summiting peaks, or just floating on the river. I love iced coffees, sushi, plants, and reading!
